Experience

A passionate and driven advocate, Erin​ advises on all areas of family law, including divorce, property settlement, parenting arrangements, child support and domestic violence related issues.

Erin spent two years of her legal career as an associate in the (then) Federal Circuit Court of Australia, in Brisbane and Townsville, to two very experienced family law judges. Erin gained invaluable experience in family law litigation, having observed hundreds of court events and a broad range of family law disputes. Erin​has previously worked at a top tier national family law firm, advising in all areas of family law. She also has prior experience in personal injury litigation. 

Erin brings a realistic and pragmatic approach to her practise, drawing on her vast experience in the law. Erin’s aim is to produce high quality work whilst delivering cost-effective outcomes for her clients. 

Erin is dedicated to helping others and giving back to the community. For several years, Erin has regularly volunteered at the evening family law advice clinic at Caxton Legal Centre and the remote advice clinic at North Queensland Women’s Legal Service, to provide pro-bono advice to those who are unable to access paid legal services.
